Our search services include both retained and contingent searches. In retained search we charge a reasonable fee up front and then upon hire a lower percentage of the candidates salary. this allows us to cover our costs and put a dedicated recruiter on the search till its successful conclusion. It is the most efficient and cost effective manner to use us. However, we realize that many clients, especially new ones prefer our contingent search service.
